Should you receive a faulty item please call +44 (0)207 792 9791 (+ext 5) to request return authorisation. We will replace the faulty item or refund your credit card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for up to 28 days after the day of purchase.

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange CDs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.
